We have planned, designed & held a contest for the best design, picked by our Principal, Mrs. Schueling.  We scanned and uploaded a few of our favorite designs:

 

 

 

 

 

We are currently laying out the winning design and taking pictures. As some of us lay out and dig the new garden, the others are weeding some of the older gardens around the campus. 

 

 

 

 

We are all talking as we dig, and some of us are even planning to write a play about gardens. Here are some things we said that made our teacher say, "Write that down!"

 

Emma: "This moss looks like a carpet for ants."

 

Jackie: "I am a catastrophe of mud!"  

We cared for our garden daily, watching the wildflowers

slowly slowly come to life and after all this time, this is

what it looked like on the last day of GT, May 28, 2008.
